At Hobby Foam Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your materials. If your foam arrives damaged or isn't the right fit for your project, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the foam products you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully roll or pack the foam in its original packaging or a similar protective box to ensure it does not get compressed or damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned foam for quality, we will process your refund or ship out your replacement exchange within 5-7 business days.
